Pius as he is fondly called, is a registered architect and has a successful career in the city of Abuja. He is a risk taking businessman with a knack for strategic alliances. As an architect he developed an entrepreneural mind-set that solves clients problems through sustainable and achievable construction methods and design methodology.
Although born in Kaduna, Kaduna State, Pius has lived in Abuja since 1995. He had his early education in Airforce Primary School, Benin City, Edo State and then proceeded to Lumen Christi High School, Uromi, Edo State. He obtained his first degree in Architecture from Covenant University Ota, Ogun state and proceeded to Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria- Kaduna State, to obtain his Masters degree in Architecture. Due to his love for the profession and his desire to develop affordable buildings in Abuja he progressed with a degree in Business and Project Management from the University of Salford, Manchester, United Kingdom but instead of pursuing a post study visa abroad he chose to come back to Nigeria to add value with the knowledge he had acquired.
Pius’ service and leadership role started at an early age. He started out as an assistant class prefect in primary school, while in junior secondary school he held the position of assistant prayer prefect where his responsibilities transcended the confines of the institution to a representation during his Man “O” War leadership training, Shere Hills, Jos. Progressing in his leadership roles, he became an assistant class prefect, a class prefect, a wing representative, the departmental representative and head of the Association for Student Architects in Covenant University. In Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria, Pius and his colleagues came together to form a 7 man committee in a bid to ensure students of the Department of Architecture graduate at the appropriate time, and for the first time in 6 years, ABU Zaria graduated their students from the Department of Architecture without delay. During his service year in 2011 he became the Secretary General of Red Cross. Due to Pius result oriented personality and dedication to work he was retained by the architectural firm in which he served where he worked for a year and finally decided to proceed to Manchester were he obtained a Masters Degree in Business and Project Management.
