Numontei Meshack Sintei is a youth activist who advocates for youths inclusion in government and governance. An advocate of rural poverty elimination, minority rights agitation and fiscal federalism. He is a former Students Union Government (SUG) President of Niger Delta University (NDU), Bayelsa State. A one time National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Zone B Senator.

He has been an adhoc staff to the following bodies such as INEC, WAEC, NECO, National Orientation Agency (NOA), etc. He is a co-founder of the Young Progressives Party (YPP), Bayelsa State Chapter where he served as the pioneer State Publicity Secretary of the Party. He is a member of humanitarian  organisations such as Rotary Club, Red Cross Society and socio-cultural organisations such as Save Ijaw Nation, Ijaw Youths Council, Niger Delta Young Professionals, etc

He holds a B.Sc degree in Political Science, NDU, M.Sc in Public Administration, University of Benin and currently a Law Student of the Faculty of Law, Niger Delta University.

Sintei is currently a private researcher with special interest in scientific research, statistics and documentation.
